| Construction Contracts Manager. Bristol. £50,000 - £55,000 + £5k car + benefits + Bonus With a Bristol Base and a national operation; our client's work extends throughout the UK to cover all aspect of concrete structures in both building and Civil Engineering sectors. They are currently looking to strengthen their South West Base. A competent Contracts Manager with experience of projects or sub valuing £3m - £4m is required to manage the ground works and daily supervision of multiple sub-contractors, ensuring detailed planning is adhered to and relevant reporting processes are actively in place As the successful candidate, you will have gained a wealth of experience in tendering and managing leisure, commercial, retail and healthcare developments. You will be making sure your contracts are delivered on time and on budget. You'll monitor quality of work and implement company procedures and legislation. You will be tendering for other projects in the area and push the development of the regional business forward.
