| Our client is an established residential developer, who due to their continued success requires an Architectural Technician to join their technical department and help the company move forward onto bright new horizons. Your responsibilities will include the technical drawings on a number of projects, liaising closely with the Project Architect and Technical Director. You will be educated to degree level, have excellent CAD skills and have experience working a similar role for another UK based Architectural practice or residential developer. You are required to be self motivated, hard working and determined. You are required to help the progression of younger technicians on your projects so patience and consideration is also desirable. If successful in your application you will be rewarded with a highly successful candidate and the opportunity to further your skills and progress your career with this genuinely progressive company.
