| Architectural Technician - Manchester - 25-30k An Architectural Practice based in Manchester who specialise primarily in the residential sector currently seeks an Architectural Technician to join their dynamic and successful team to work on a number of local and national projects. Candidates should be educated to degree or HND level, and have at least 4 years UK based experience. Experience within the residential sector is essential as the majority of work undertaken by the practice will be residential centric. An up to date knowledge of UK building regulations is also essential as is a working proficiency of AutoCAD. This opportunity is geared towards the career minded as our client offers great continuation of work and looks to develop your skills with their continued professional development program. There is real scope for internal progression as our client boasts a low staff turn over and aims to move you through the internal hierarchy.
