| Project/Senior Site Management £55,000 - £58,000 + car/allowance, bonus and benefits A position has opened with a highly respected residential building company, working on a site with a value of £50 - £60 million. This company are looking for an experienced project manager or site manager to oversee the other site managers on this development. With 3 years remaining on this site, it will be followed by a similar regeneration project. Th succesful candidate will have at least 5 years Site Management experience. You will also have experience of large scale refurbishment or regeneration work. You will need to be strong minded and a good leader. CSCS and First Aid are a requirement.
