| I am currently recruiting for an award winning urban regeneration specialist providing affordable social housing in the South East. This company also has a private housing development arm focused on providing a quality product in the Home Counties region. Residential Senior Site Manager - Cambridge £43,000 - £48,500 + up to 20% bonus, Health Cover, Life Assurance, Car Allowance as well as a group pension with a maximum contribution of 8%. The site itself comprises of 46 units. This is a green field timber fame apartment block development. You must have some form of health & safety qualification as well as a CSCS Card. It is essential that you have Site Management experience as well as having detailed knowledge of brick, block and timber frame methods. A basic understanding and appreciation of building regulations and legal obligations is desirable. If this could be an opportunity of interest then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
