| Experienced telesales advisors wanted to deliver excellent customer service and mortgage assistance to our clients' new and existing customers. If you have a flair for achieving targets and are committed to providing excellent customer service, please get in touch! You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, generous annual bonus and a host of benefits. Role: * Achieve sales and cross sales targets using inbound and outbound telephony sales techniques * Deliver excellence in customer service to maximise sales * Build positive rapport with customers which leads to long term, profitable relationships. * Manage customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome within regulatory requiremets. * Receive and respond to incoming customer update calls * Complete all administration relating to the sale and provide administrative support when required * To work within company and external compliance structures Role requirements: * Proven sales skills * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Extensive telephony experience and at least 1 of the following * CeMAP qualification or equivalent * Detailed mortgage product knowledge * Excellent knowledge of mortgage market and competitor information |
