Our Client, a large National Developer requires an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a large development in Basingstoke .The site consists of 52 units comprised of 2/3/4 bedroom housing of a traditional building method and some apartments. Working closely with the Site Manager, your main duties will include:- " Management of sub-contractors and trades " Programming of works schedule " Implementing of Health & Safety " Monitoring of production and quality You will have at least two years experience in residential assistant site management. You will also be organised, meticulous and dynamic and ideally you will also have the ambition to progress. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a market leading re numeration package.
