| Quantity Surveyor Gloucester £35,000 - £45,000 plus Car/Allowance plus benefits A Quantity Surveyor is required to join this highly successful nation residential developer. You will be joining a young and dynamic team with a forward thinking approach. The office runs autonomously and the company as a whole is growing all the time with plans to open a new office in the near future and a very low staff turnover. The office currently turnover around 150 units per year and this is set too double by 2008. The company's focus is to produce a high quality of product as well as being committed to their staffs training and development. You will have at least two years Quantity Surveying experience for a residential developer The ideal candidate will also have a HNC in construction or a construction related qualification.
