The projects, totalling £400M over the next 4 years, requires an experienced and highly competent Managing Quantity Surveyor. You will have gained major projects experience ideally on large scale mixed development projects with management responsibility for a team of surveyors. You will be involved in a project that will be pivotal to the regeneration of both Bristol and Baths city centres, including many elements; infrastructure, retail, accommodation, leisure and commercial to name a few.
