| Plumber required to work for busy property maintenance and refurbishment company in St Ives, Cornwall. Working on the long term, programmed refurbishment of housing association properties in the St Ives, Penzance and Redruth areas, this is an excellent opportunity to join a large, nationally recognised contractor with fixed long-term contracts in the area. The work involves the programmed replacement and planned maintenance of kitchens and bathrooms and does not require a CORGI registration as no gas work is involved. A valid driving license and clean criminal record is required however. |
