Telesales consultant required for a busy Queen Square based recruitment consultancy. Working in the construction sector this role involves telesales to both existing and new potential customers throughout the South West. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of business to business telephone based sales within a fast paced environment; the ability to converse commercially at senior management level and strong organisational, communication and rapport building skills. The role would particularly suit highly motivated candidates driven by financial reward and success. The role will involve; *Identifying new prospects within the local construction market and the key decision makers within new clients and developing strategies to market our services with them *Carry out extensive competitor and market research and produce regular reports on competitor activity *Developing new opportunities within existing accounts *Monitor trade and local media for new opportunities *Log all new information and effectively maintain an existing database *Carry out customer satisfaction follow up calls and provide feedback *Complete weekly schedules and reports This is a trainee role that will develop into full consultancy and therefore represents an excellent opportunity to join a genuine recruitment market leader at full consultant level.
