| Construction Project Quantity Surveyor Cardiff £30,000-£42,000 & Car Allowance & Competitive Benefits Our client a leading national contractor is looking to expand its commercial team within the South West and South Wales regions. They are looking to appoint Project Quantity Surveyors to work on new build construction projects ranging in value from £5M-£30M. You will either have full commercial responsibility for your own project or be working alongside a senior surveyor, dependant on your levels of experience. You will be responsible for sub contract procurement, negotiating contracts, cash management, valuations and final account settlement with sub contractors and the client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known contractor looking to strengthen their commercial team and for the right candidate the opportunity to fast track into a management role.
