| Land Manager. Bristol. £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits Our Client is an award winning Residential Developer operating all over the South West. Producing a wide range of high specification housing to the local industry. They currently require a Land Manager to head up their rapidly expanding Land Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the land acquisitions of your team across the region as well as consistently securing your own land. You will be reporting and liaising directly with the Land Director. An excellent leader and motivator, you will be confident in managing your team through excellent communication skills. You must have a proven track record in land acquisition for a residential developer as well as good negotiation skills. An excellent local knowledge and existing contacts is also desirable, plus the ability to think outside the box.
