| Freelance Site Manager Taunton £18 - £21 per hour Our client is looking for a skilled Site manager to work on a new build development of 62 houses and apartments. You will be required to manage the day-to-day running of site, order materials, organise trades, and liaise with the architects and clients. You will also be responsible for upholding health and safety. You will be responsible for conducting regular safety checks and making sure that the project runs on budget and on time. This is an Sixth month contract with a great rate of pay. The client is seeking a committed and dedicated manager who prides himself on the quality of his work.
