| Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Somerset. £30,000-£36,000 + Benefits Our client is a hugely successful national developer with a proven track record in large residential schemes. With a real stronghold in the residential sector on a national basis, they currently require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to play a key part in their continued success. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of site budgets, valuations, sub-contract enquiries and payments, as well as other surveying duties associated with cost control. A great team player, you will possess excellent communication skills and an excellent knowledge of the private house building sector, you will be self motivated and able to adopt a methodical approach to your workings. Ideally qualified to HND/HNC or BSc degree level in construction, you will be highly numerate and possess a high level of computer literacy, particularly spreadsheet packages In return, you will be offered a competitive salary, bonus scheme and benefits package, not to mention real job security and a clear line of progression.
