| Commercial Manager. (M&E) Bristol. Planned and Reactive Maintenance. £50,000 - £60,000 + £7000 Car/Allowance + benefits + Bonus My client is vastly becoming the Nation's most successful integrated asset management services business operating within the UK's social housing market. Their Compliance division specialises in gas installation, servicing and maintenance, fire and electrical compliance, and provides full health and safety and business risk assessments. The division serves over 70,000 commercial customers. They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager for this department to work out of their Bristol Offices. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for Managing frameworks and overseeing the Technical teams that carry out maintenance on their high profile contracts across the South West. You will ideally come from a similar sized company and carrying out a similar role within it. You will report directly to Director level and be responsible for up to £20 million of contracts.
