| Our client is successful, medium sized residential developer specialising in high standard, bespoke units who currently seek a Land Buyer to join their already established team based in Bristol. You will be working alongside the Land Manager but also working autonomously, identifying sites and securing your own Land deals. You will have already worked in a similar role for a residential developer as well as having excellent local knowledge and contacts. It is also desirable for you to have a related construction based qualification. As the successful candidate you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
