| Building on their success over recent years our client, a recruitment consultancy is looking to add to its commercial team and is now looking for a new Sales Associate to assist with their client services throughout the United Kingdom. As a Sales Associate you will be required to:- * Identify new prospects within the independent, private and NHS sectors and establish contact with them * Carry out competitor/market research * Monitor trade and local press for issues affecting clients * Generate leads through telemarketing and sales * Maintain regular communication with field based Regional Managers * Act as the single point of contact for new clients, handling their registration * Maintain and update relevant databases * Carry out customer satisfaction follow up calls * Resolve client issues on an ad-hoc basis * Complete weekly scheduling & monthly reporting * Coordinate and manage all relevant advertising, events & promotions The successful candidate will possess a bright, intelligent and business development personality together with excellent communication and rapport building skills and must be driven by reward and success. The role could suit an individual with experience in customer service or telesales who is keen to progress further in their sales career. * Good communication and organisational skills essential * Self starter, able to prioritise and make quick decisions * Experience of lead generation / telesales * Good organisational skills essential * Able to work proactively and on own initiative * Good commercial awareness * Knowledge of locum and/or nursing staffing in healthcare would be an advantage BENEFITS INCLUDE a generous salary and uncapped bonus scheme and excellent career opportunities.
