| Technical Coordinator. Hampshire. £40,000-£42,000 + Benefits. Our client is a well established national Residential Developer specialising in a wide range of projects around the country. They currently require a focused Technical Coordinator to join their established team in Hampshire. As the technical Coordinator, you will be required to liaise with internal and external consultants on a day to day basis, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be already working in a similar role for a Residential Developer, however someone from either a design or engineering background will also be considered.
