| A Land Manager is required to join a large, nationally recognised residential developer based in West Sussex who offers fantastic job security and an industry renowned development program providing on going training aimed to develop your skills and progress you through the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land acquisition at a residential developer and have extensive contacts in the Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire regions. You will be familiar with the land acquisition process from inception to finish, with a full grasp of UK land regulations. Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills are also essential. You will be hard working, self motivated and driven by success. You will also be expected to mentor younger buyers within the land department so management skills are also desirable.
