| A regionally based residential developer requires a determined and ambitious Land Manager to join their existing land team based in West Sussex to be involved in all aspects of the land acquisition process. You must have a proven track record in land acquisition at a residential developer as well as having extensive contacts in Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire. You will be determined and driven, an excellent communicator with natural interpersonal skills and most importantly ambition to drive yourself to the top of hierarchy. This opportunity offers real potential for progression and the Land Directors' role should be firmly in your sights as you embark on the next stage of your career with this genuinely progressive and forward thinking company.
