| Residential Land Manager. Southampton. £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + Benefits Our client is a rapidly expanding Residential Developer with an excellent reputation for producing unique and desirable properties all across the Hampshire area. Due to their continual success and more than doubling their annual turnover this year, they are looking to expand their team and currently require a Land Manager to head up their existing Land Department. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new land for up and coming sites and will report to the Land Director. As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record in independently securing land, not to mention a formidable list of existing contacts. An intelligent negotiator and communicator, you will be confident in taking land through feasibility and be well versed in the legalities involved.
