| A Technical Manager is required to join a hugely successful national residential developer. You will be joining as an intrinsic part of an already established, busy and dynamic team. You will be required to coordinate with both the design and engineering departs as well as internal and external consultants. As the successful candidate you will already have experience of working in a similar role for a residential developer. You will have a construction related degree along with being an excellent communicator and team motivator.
