| Senior Land Manager. Surrey. £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits package Our client is a market leading and award winning mixed use and Residential Developer. Specialising in producing a high quality product across the south of the country. They currently require a Senior Land Manager to lead their existing team in Surrey. With a proven track record in land acquisition, you will have experience in the residential sector and of the whole of the acquisition process. Energetic and outgoing, you will be expected to negotiate at all levels and identify potential opportunities for purchase. With the ability to think outside the box, you will be a great communicator and leader; with the ability to motivate and guide your team on a variety of tasks.
