| A Technical Coordinator is required to join this medium sized, regionally based residential developer. They are looking for an experienced individual to become an intrinsic part of their technical team. You will be dealing with both internal and external consultants and overseeing both the engineering and design departments. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within a technical department for a residential developer and ideally already have experience of working as a technical coordinator. It is also desirable that you have a construction related qualification, having a background in either architecture or engineering.
