| Our client is a successful and expanding medium sized residential developer who at present requires a Land Buyer to join their established Land team, to work directly alongside the Land Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate level Buyer to expand your skills and progress your career. Despite working closely with the Land Manager, this role is very much an autonomous role and you will be required to identify sites and subsequently secure Land deals. The ideal candidate will have already worked in a similar position for a residential developer and extensive local knowledge and contacts are essential. A construction based qualification is also desirable. If successful, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary with bonus package, not to mention the opportunity to further your career with this progressive company.
