| Residential Land Buyer. Hertfordshire. £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Our client is a regionally based Residential Developer specialising in a high quality product across central and south East England. Ever expanding and looking to build on their continued success, they currently require a Land Buyer to work in their Hertfordshire Office. You will be responsible for acquiring land for the company alongside an existing, dynamic team in and around the Hertfordshire area and reporting to the Land Manager. With a keen eye for land acquisition opportunities, you should have strong negotiation skills, a good local knowledge and existing contacts is desirable, plus the ability to think outside the box. You will ideally already be working in a similar role for another Residential Developer. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package, not to mention the chance to play a key role in the continued expansion of the company.
