| IMMEDIATE FREELANCE VACANCY Due to an increased workload a Technical Manager is required to join a highly successful residential developer on a temporary freelance basis, with a view to be ongoing and potentially becoming permanent. You will be joining as a vital part of an already established and successful team coordinating with both the design and engineering departments as well as internal and external consultants The ideal candidate will already have experience doing the role with another residential developer, as well as being highly motivated and dynamic. You will have a construction related degree and have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills. This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and talented person who wants to progress their career by joining a high profile, forward thinking developer.
