| Our client is a medium sized, regional developer specialising in high quality, prestigious homes. At present they require a Technical Manager to integrate into their dynamic and successful Technical Team. You will be managing projects from inception to completion as well as overlooking and organising any external consultants involved. Your responsibilities also include coordinating between the technical and design departments, making sure they operate in unison to each other. The ideal candidate will have a construction based qualification, ideally coming from an Architectural or Engineering background as well as having a wealth of experience working in a similar role at a residential developer.
