| A Quantity Surveyor is required to join one of the largest privately owned residential developers in the South East. This company specialises in a broad range of residential projects with an emphasis on design. This is chance to join a dynamic team and be exposed to all aspects of the quantity surveying role running cutting edge, prestigious projects in an autonomous manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor preferably for a residential developer. It is also desirable to have a construction related qualification and good communication skills as well as excellent local knowledge.
