| Residential Site Manager - Essex £42,000 - £46,000 + package + negotiable Are you thinking of making a move for the New Year? Are you looking to work for a small developer building quality rather than quantity? I am currently looking for a Residential Site Manager who has UK National House Building experience. Ideally you will have been working on various private and social residential developments for a minimum of 3 years. Trade background is preferred however CSCS Card is essential. You will be working for a highly regarded small residential developer who holds a large land bank for the Essex area. All developments will be based in Essex and will usually comprise of around 30 units including a mixture of apartments and houses. This company prides themselves on building quality rather than quantity. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic package as well as a clear path of progression.
