| Our client is a small to medium sized residential developers who are enjoying a period of great success and are currently in the process of expanding across the board. They currently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial department working side by side with the Commercial Director providing the buying, estimating and surveying services for a number of different sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working the role at another residential developer, and will have a construction based qualification. You will be ambitious and driven by success, you will also be responsible for the management and mentoring of younger Surveyors so natural interpersonal and motivational skills are essential If successful you will be rewarded with a fantastic chance to further your career in these exciting times with a forward thinking and genuinely progressive company.
