| Construction Project Manager Gloucester £44,000-£55,000 & Car Allowance My client the regional arm of a national company has a turnover of £60M and is committed to completing high quality projects for clients in the South West and Midlands. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit an ambitious personality to join their well established company as Construction Project Manager. Strong leadership skills are a must along with relevant qualifications and the ability to embrace and encourage innovation and a continuous improvement ethos. The candidate selected for this exciting and prosperous opportunity will have gained previous experience of managing sites including client liaison. You will be working as the number one manager on large construction projects. There are a number of roles available within this well established contractor and dependant on your experience you will be site based on projects ranging in value from £8m-£20M. In exchange for the selected candidates commitment and passion my client offers a very generous and negotiable package of £44k-£55k basic salary, car allowance and bonus incentives.
