You will be at the core of all future development so a highly motivated and pro active person is essential. The ideal candidate will have already worked in the same role for a residential developer and will have strong marketing experience to move the company forward. A good communicator is essential and a marketing based qualification is also desirable. This is a real challenge and if successful you will become an intrinsic part of forward thinking and progressive company who are striving for good future expansion.
