| Our client is a large national residential developer, who at present requires a Land Manager to come in and head their already successful Land Acquisition team. Our client offers a great platform to progress your career, while also offering fantastic job security. Your responsibilities will include the identification, negotiating and securing of Land for development. You will report and liaise directly with the Land Director. The ideal candidate will have natural communicational skills along with excellent motivational and management skills. You are required to have extensive local knowledge and contacts and have previous experiencing working in a similar role for another residential developer. A construction based qualification is also desirable.
