| Senior Land Buyer. North London. £50,000-£60,000 Our client is a prestigious medium sized residential developer based in North London and specialising in a high quality product. They currently require a driven, Senior land manager to cover their North London patch and lead an existing team in the acquisition of new land in the area. An excellent leader and motivator, you will be confident in managing your team through excellent communication skills. You must have a proven track record in land acquisition for a residential developer. A good local knowledge and existing contacts is also desirable, plus the ability to think outside the box. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package as well as playing a key role in the acquisition of hi profile projects.
