| Freelance Site Manager Leicester £18 - £21 per hour This medium sized residential developer is actively seeking an experienced Site manager in Leicester, for 6 months. The development is a small site consisting of 14 units with 9 units left to complete. You will be in charge of getting these final 9 units completed within time and budget. You will be required to manage the day-to-day running of site, order materials, organise trades, and liaise with the architects and clients. You will also be responsible for upholding health and safety. You will be responsible for conducting regular safety checks and making sure that the project runs on budget and on time. A great rate of pay and the potential of future work for the right candidate. NB to apply for this position you must be eligible to work within the EU and living in the UK |
