| Freelance Finishing Foreman Solihull £18 - £20 per hour This medium sized housing developer is looking for a practised finishing foreman in Solihull, for a minimum of 6 months. The site is a suberb development of 1,2 and 3 bed high spec, executive apartments. As the successful candidate, with a trade background, you will be able to demonstrate experience in supervising trades on residential projects. You will also have good attention to detail, organisation and communication skills. You may also be required from time to time to liaise and update the client as well as attend progress meetings.
