| Freelance Finishing Foreman Coventry £16 - £19 per hour This leading housing developer that has be trading since 1953 is actively seeking for a practised Finishing foreman in Coventry. The site is a large development of 3,4 & 5 bedroom link detached houses and 4 bedroom townhouses. The Finishing Foreman will be responsible for supervision of sub-contractors, ensuring that all finishing trades are completing work to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on new builds and the ability to direct a multi-skilled workforce and work to tight deadlines.
