| Freelance Finishing Foreman Gloucester £15 - £18 per hour This large and well established housing developer is looking for a practised Finishing foreman in Gloucester to work on a new development of apartments, terraced homes and three-storey luxury town houses, for a minimum of five months. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the supervision of sub-contractors, ensuring that all finishing trades are completing work to a high standard. You will ideally have previous experience working on new builds and the ability to direct a multi-skilled workforce and work to tight deadlines. A great rate of pay with the potential of further work. NB to apply for this position you must be eligible to work within the EU and living in the UK |
