Property Maintenance technicians required for the regions largest and most successful property maintenance company; delivering maintenance and repair works at clients' premises. Duties will include; *Carrying out maintenance and repair work in customers' premises to a very high standard and in a safe manner *Inspecting proposed works & contracts and assisting in the preparation of quotations for such works *Employing and promoting the highest standards of workmanship *Maintaining all equipment and tools required to undertake all works *Maintaining all relevant paperwork, receipts and reports in an accurate and ordered manner The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following; *A minimum of 5 years experience in either the property / construction industries *Experience of working in customer (domestic) premises *Awareness of Health and Safety issues and practices *Valid, clean driving license *Excellent multi-trade skills relevant to property maintenance or construction *Ability to work under own initiative The successful candidates will command a salary of between £19 and £24k p.a. and further benefits will include pension & vehicle.
