| Residential Senior Quantity Surveyor. Derby. £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits. Our client is a regionally based residential developer with an outstanding reputation for producing quality house construction through innovative designs. Specialising in executive housing as well as care homes, they provide a wide range of developments to the industry. Due to a substantial cash injection, the company is really taking off and is looking to rapidly expand their growing team to meet current demand. They currently seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a vital role in their future success. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for all aspects of the quantity surveying role including feasibility costing, running contracts, dealing with inter-company accounts, running multiple sites and leading and motivating your team of Quantity Surveyors. You will be involved in buying for the company and be reporting directly to the Development Director. You will be educated to HND level in Construction and have ideally played a similar role for another Residential Developer. An excellent team player and motivator, you will be dynamic and be methodical with your approach to problems.
