| Freelance Site manager Peterborough £18 - £21 per hour This large housing developer that has been building outstanding homes for over 40 years, is looking for a freelance site manager in Peterborough, for a minimum of 4 months. The site is a stunning collection of 3,4 and 5 bed classic family homes. You will be required to run the site during its final stages. A keen eye for detail and perfection is a necessity. Other duties include: * Oversee and control all subcontractors and work. * Customer Care. * Run all programmes to time. * Hand over to new residents. * Organise utilities to individual units and site. * Health and Safety. * Report outcomes of all duties to contracts manager.
