Job Description:
Background on Role/Area:
Working with the mortgage team you will be responsible for risk assessing new mortgage applications ensuring customers meet the organisations lending criteria and managing the process thereafter.

You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal and external customers ensuring they are kept up to date with recent developments, prioritising workloads accordingly
- Ensuring all information is received prior to processing applications
- Evaluating completed mortgage files before submission to underwriters
- Working alongside the team and contributing your ideas to improve the administration process
- During this process it will be your responsibility to ensure that compliance is met and FSA guidelines and mortgage regulations are adhered to.

You will receive first class mortgage training whilst working with industry professionals enabling you to become an authority in this field and develop your career.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable evidence of customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience of strong administration skills
- High level of computer literacy e.g. demonstrated experience of using Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- 5 GCSEs grade C+ including Maths and English or equivalent qualification
