| Construction Managing Quantity Surveyor Gloucester £52000 - £61000 plus very competitive package inc. car allowance To achieve their planned growth and continue to provide the highest level of service my client is actively looking to identify a talented individual to help further develop the business and take on the responsibility of Managing Quantity Surveyor. You must hold the same energy, drive and a passion to exceed expectations that my client possess', combined with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to for fill this role to its full potential. In return you will be given the opportunity to develop your career working on some exciting projects with some prestigious clients. The company's project portfolio covers a number of sectors including residential, education, leisure, retail, commercial and industrial. In the main, they work throughout central England and currently take on exciting projects ranging from £1m to £20m in West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Leicestershire. You will be leading, managing and supporting commercial activity on a number of projects at any one time and will be training and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure such things as cash management and profitability of projects are at maximum productivity.
