They currently require a land manager to take charge of an existing team in their Northampton office. You will be responsible for overseeing the land acquisitions of your team across the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire areas as well as consistently securing your own land. you will be reporting directly to the Land Director as well as leading and motivating you team You will have a proven track in securing land in the residential and have an established network of clients through your extensive experience.
