| Freelance Assistant Site Manager Devon £15 - £18 per hour One of the UK's largest residential developer's are looking for a practised Assistant Site Manager to work on their site in Devon. The project is a variation of exclusive 1 and 2 bed apartments and 3,4 and 5 bed houses. As the Assistant Site manager you will be expected to: Work closely with the site manager helping him with the day to day running of the site. Order materials. Organise trades. Liaise with the architects and clients. You will also be responsible for all the finishes, which will include snagging and organisation of suitable trades. A great rate of pay and if both parties are happy the opportunity of future work with this company. NB to apply for this position you must be eligible to work within the EU and living in the UK |
